Advising on HR and labour related legal risks
Drafting of new contracts of employment or reviewing and amending existing contracts of employment for employees, and recognition agreements with unions;
Drafting of part-time, fixed-term, temporary and probationary contracts of employment;
Conducting disciplinary and poor work performance inquiries on-site;
Tailor-making policies and procedures to suit different businesses: Disciplinary Code of Conduct, Retrenchment processes, Grievance procedure, etc.
